I purchased an item in a Meander auction that turned out to be different than described. When I contacted the auction house, they immediately apologized and offered to take the item back and issue a refund. They were exceptionally responsive and professional about the issue, which is not what I am used to encountering in my dealings with auction houses. Five stars!

Good transaction

I had a great experience with this auction house. Their facility is lovely and if you go there to pick up your item you will see all their items and you will wish you had bid on other things!
