Antique Factory was very responsive to questions and concerns that I sent via the LiveAuctioneers messaging system! All items were photographed well and described accurately. Where Antique Factory really excelled was with the in house shipping. My order was incredibly well packaged & shipped very affordably. They used a great mix of new and recycled materials when packaging up my items minimizing the carbon footprint without risking damage. Shipping is usually the most difficult part of online and Antique Factory made it all so easy! I would absolutely recommend this auction house!!!!

Bought several lots of toy trains. Descriptions were spot on and they were very helpful with local pick up.

I purchased a vintage shopping bag from Antique Factory, and it was shipped in a timely manner. The problem with the shipping was not the fault of Antique Factory but with UPS. UPS left this flat on my stoop when it could have been laid flat up against my house, near my front door. This mattered because the forecast for that evening was rain, and when I returned home the front, back and sides of the were soaked. It's only because Antique Factory used multiple layers of cardboard protecting my item that it was received unscathed. I called them and thanked them for the care they used to package my item. UPS dropped the ball on this delivery.
