Any statement regarding origin, age, attribution, authenticity, or estimated value is provided as a matter of opinion only and shall not be deemed a representation or warranty. Pact Auction LLC assumes no liability for the accuracy of such statements. Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and seek independent expert advice prior to bidding. Photographs are provided for reference purposes only and may not precisely represent the lot. All measurements are approximate. Unless otherwise stated, items are presumed to be in good condition, though no guarantees are made. By bidding, the buyer accepts full responsibility for evaluating the item’s condition and authenticity. Shipping & Handling LiveAuctioneers and their shipping partners offer convenient shipping worldwide. The estimated shipping cost is based on the zip code you provided, the estimated size and weight of the item, and the designated shipping vendor. The cost includes item packaging, delivery, and insurance. Your actual shipping cost is subject to change based on the final price and insurance value of the item. Shipping fees for all lots won in this auction will be included on your invoice for applicable orders. This fee can be accepted upon checkout. If you choose to ship via LiveAuctioneers’ shipping partner, you will receive tracking notifications as your package moves through their network. For all shipping-related questions, please contact 1.929.314.5566 or packaging@liveauctioneers.com. U.S. Buyers Shipping must be arranged through LiveShipping, or buyers may schedule a local pickup. Local Pickup Buyers may schedule local pickup by appointment. All shipping arrangements, claims, and liabilities are strictly between the buyer and the selected carrier. Pact Auction is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays during transit. In-House Handling Select small, non-fragile items valued under $5,000 may be handled by an in-house department. All other items will require third-party shipping coordination. Timeframe & Storage All items must be collected or shipped within 10 days of the auction date. Items not collected within this period will incur a storage fee of $25 per day. If any property has not been removed within fourteen business days from the date of sale, at the option of PACT Auction (a) the merchandise may be transferred to and stored at a bonded warehouse and the purchaser agrees to pay all transfer and storage expenses, and/or (b) PACT Auction may place the merchandise in a subsequent auction, without reserve, to be sold to the highest bidder, and after deducting the standard commission and any additional charges that may apply, remit the proceeds to the purchaser. Payment Terms Accepted forms of payment include: • Cash, Paypal, Zelle • Certified bank checks or wire transfers (no personal checks) • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) All credit card payments made directly to Pact Auction are subject to a 3.99% processing fee. Returned checks will incur a $50 processing fee. All international buyers are required to remit payment via bank wire transfer. Items paid for by credit card over the phone will be subject to a 3.99% credit card surcharge. PACT Auction reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until the funds have cleared. Buyer’s Premium A buyer’s premium of 25% will be applied to the final hammer price. Applicable sales tax will be added unless the buyer provides valid exemption documentation prior to the auction. Standard Buyer’s Premium (Live Bidding): A buyer’s premium will be applied to the hammer price as follows: • 25% on the first $100,000 • 20% on the portion from $100,001 to $3,000,000 • 15% on any amount above $3,000,000 • 5% on any portion above $5,000,000 Online Bidding (LiveAuctioneers): A buyer’s premium of 25% will be applied to the hammer price of each lot. Successful bidders will receive an invoice following the auction. For buyers with a credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers, the balance due will be automatically charged 72 hours after the invoice is issued. Autopay Authorization If payment arrangements are not made within 3 days of invoice issuance, Pact Auction reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at registration for the full invoice amount. Sales Tax Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes unless proper exemption documentation has been submitted and approved prior to the auction. Additional Terms Pact Auction reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to the sale at its sole discretion.

If you have not contacted PACT Auctioneers & Appraisers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
