The piece is constructed from heavy cast iron and features four progressively smaller, scalloped basins supported by ornate, fluted pedestals, all topped with a decorative fleur-de-lis finial. Its design draws heavily from Victorian-era foundry patterns, characterized by the deep lobing on the bowls and the classical proportions of the central column. The fountain currently exhibits a heavily weathered, multi-layered patina with prominent verdigris and oxidized tones, which provides a sought-after antique aesthetic.
