Rare Coinage And In Very Good Condition, Great Relief And Details. Islamic Arab Sasanian Silver Drachma Coin Easter Sistan, Scarce. Approximate Dated Circa 7th To 8th C AD. Obverse: Standard Sasanian Obverse Of Khusro II, Except Citing The Islamic Ruler Or Governor, And Sometimes With Arabic Text Most Commonly A Bismillah (In The Name Of God). Reverse: Standard Sasanian Reverse Of Fire-Altar With Two Attendants, Old Pahlavi Script Giving The Mint Name And Year. The Value Of This Coin Depends A Lot From The Mint Place, The Governor Or Ruler Issuer And The Date. There Are A Number Of Varieties Of Arab-Sasanian Drachmas, Citing Various Officials And From Many Mints. Ubayd Allah B. Ziyad Is A Common Official, And Basra Is The Most Common Mint.
