The composition reflects the well known study of muscular tension, anatomical precision, and introspective psychological presence associated with Rodins celebrated model. The powerful forward lean of the torso, bent arm supporting the chin, and concentrated expression embody the expressive realism that defined Rodins approach to modern sculpture. The lower rim bears an incised artist signature and foundry mark, and the sculpture includes an Authentic Bronze from original Rudier bronze plaque. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and related documentation referencing Rodin and the Rudier foundry.
