Pair of Rococo Revival Side Chairs
ca. 1850, the laminated rosewood chairs in the pattern referred to as "Henry Clay", each with an elaborate floral-carved crest, raised on cabriole legs.
h. 38-1/2", seat h. 15-1/2", w. 18", d. 18"

Provenance: The Estate of Timothy Scott Shafer, Columbus, Ohio.

Condition

Both in as found condition. One has a light scratch on the backside. No tack marks on either. Both have stains on their seats. Finish appears to be original.
