Invoices will be emailed within 48 hours to the address you have on file with LiveAuctioneers.

When you receive your invoice, click the "Invoice Message" link at the bottom for full payment and shipping details.

Payments

In-Person Payment: If you’d like to pay in person, please contact us before Thursday. Otherwise, your card on file will be charged automatically.
Invoices Under $5,000: Use the "PAY NOW" button on your LiveAuctioneers invoice.
Invoices Over $5,000: Must be paid via bank wire transfer. Contact us for instructions.
Automatic Payment: If payment isn’t initiated within 72 hours, your credit card on file will be charged automatically.
Please ensure your LiveAuctioneers card is valid and not expired.

Shipping

If Shipping Is Included on Your Invoice: We’ll handle packing and shipping in-house.
If Shipping Is NOT Included: You’re responsible for arranging shipment through one of our trusted third-party shippers listed below (or your own).
Provide your invoice number — they’ll pick up, pack, and ship directly to you.
You do not need to notify us once shipping is arranged.

Local Pickup

Pickup Days: Wednesday–Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM, during the week following the auction.
Payment: You may pay in person at that time.
Appointments: Pickups during the second or third week after the auction require an appointment.

Please notify us if you plan to pick up your items.
