Art Nouveau Amethyst Glass Thistle & Leaf Brooch, 3" wide and 7/8" tall at center. Elaongated oval with a chunky pointed amethyst glass bezel-set stone that is appx. 22mm aby 17mm and sits up from the frame of the brooch with leafs one ac ends and a trail of what looks like thistles meeting on top of the amethyst glass stone. Heavy design, c-clasp with pin that extends to the very edge of the brooch. Estimated 1805 to 1910. Not signed by the maker. Brassy gold tone and in very good condition. Very clean stone. (INV.
