Condition
Overall, we consider this work to be in very good condition, with a few light surface scuffs in the black (most noticeable under raking light), with a tiny nick in the extreme lower sheet edge, with very faint pressure marks in the left corner due to hinging (visible in raking light), verso not examined due to hinging, sheet is floating with all edges showing.
