No accountability
Misreprenting items happens when you are not knowledgeable. Not accepting responsibility for it is not. Misrepresented the items I bought and when I called them out on it, became rude and unprofessional. Will not do business with this auction house again.

Customer was offered a refund but they chose not to send the item back. The customer stated that we listed an older Pok é mon card as a holo instead of a reverse holo which we could not confirm because they did not send it back for a refund. Card was purchased for $14 and sells for $80 consistently online. All we could do was offer a refund if we made a mistake on the holo/reverse holo title. Customer was not very friendly from the start.
