They make it near impossible to contact them by phone.
They make it near impossible to contact them by phone you have to really hunt and look I had to call another auction please to finally get their phone number as an auctioneer myself I want my phone number all over everywhere I was extremely disappointed as took a long time to finally be able to find a number to get a hold of them. That tells me a lot if they do not want to be gotten a hold of that apparently there has been problems and I would not recommend doing business with this company for that simple reason.

I am sorry. Never, not once have we had anyone raise this concern. We are in the top 10 % of auctioneers on Live Auctioneer in all categories AND in the top 9 % for responsiveness. We are a TOP SELLER on LA & HIBID. I will say that as an auctioneer, you would certainly know that the best way is to message us through LA. This way there is a trail to follow all of the details, 24 hour access-I personally-the owner, answer these messages 24 hours a day. My cell and my auction managers phone number is on every email, text message, invoice, website, listing, Google etc etc etc.. We have nothing to hide from and are accessible for our bidders and sellers 100 %. I would welcome a chance to chat on the phone-my number is **********-Kellie

Good comics and securely shipped and quick arrival
Made the mistake of not asking for pictures of the back covers of the comics. Lots of unknown stains on the back of most. That's on me, not them, which is why I gave them all 5 stars.

Inaccurate Photos
The colors of the tiles were not nearly as vibrant as they appeared in the listing photos. I'd attach a photo as proof but there's no way to do that here.
