Signed by Commissioner of Revenue EDMUND STICKNEY (1816-1854) who served as Secretary of State of Texas. Notation on verso requesting a receipt. Central fold reinforced with archival tape, hole at top left corner, toning, overall good. According to our consignor, this document is unrecorded in the Republic of Texas Printing.
